Inspection and Calibration
From high volume batches to one-offs, the STS facility is fully equipped to provide a comprehensive inspection and measuring service.
STS also offers a calibration service for jigs, fixtures and tooling as well as the complete management of calibration systems.
Our UKAS accredited calibration laboratory includes three co-ordinate measuring machines, calibrated to ISO 10360 standard, with measuring volumes up to 1100x2250x750. All our machines are fitted with comprehensive tool changers.
Available options include 3D direct CAD link, solid model graphical representation and multi-tasking capabilities. We can also import CAD data in the form of IGES, STEP, DFX, VDA and VRML files.
