STS’s assembly areas are comprehensively equipped to meet our
customers’ varied requirements to produce guaranteed, fully tested
assemblies.
Highly skilled technicians are engaged in the complete sub-assembly and
assembly build which can also incorporate welding, induction brazing and
other special processes.
Final testing of all completed assemblies is carried out. Bespoke test
equipment can be designed, if required.
Total assembly can be scheduled for JIT or DLF delivery.
Product Survey and Refurbishment
Assemblies and sub assemblies are also refurbished or upgraded. Parts
are dismantled, labelled, surveyed
and inspected for customer review.
Worn parts are replaced and modifications introduced as required,
then re-assembled, tested and delivered as new.
